  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
  • Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility

In-Store Purchases

  • We offer exchanges or credit notes only within 14 days (no refunds)
