How It Works

Browse our collections and add your favourite items to your basket.

2. Select Click & Collect

At checkout, choose Click & Collect as your delivery method (available on eligible items).

3. We'll Prepare Your Order

Our team will carefully pick and prepare your order. As soon as it's ready, we'll send you an email confirming it's available for collection.

4. Collect In Store

Visit our Worcester store with your order confirmation email. If you're collecting on behalf of someone else, please bring the order confirmation along with a valid form of identification.

Orders can be collected during our normal opening hours.
