Collect your order from our Worcester store at a time that's convenient for you. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, including seasonal events and new product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

We use DHL for the majority of our deliveries, providing a reliable and fully tracked service. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Large or Fragile Items

Some larger or particularly fragile products may require a specialist delivery service. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you before dispatch to discuss the available delivery options.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with DHL to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

You can return a website order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We are usually open Monday to Saturday, 10am - 5pm, and Sunday, 11am - 4pm. Please check our website or social media for seasonal changes.

Yes, simply enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address at checkout. We don’t include prices or invoices inside our parcels. If you require gift wrapping, please add a note at checkout and we’ll be happy to beautifully wrap your order. Please note that additional charges may apply.

Yes, gift vouchers are available for anyone who prefers to let the recipient choose something themselves.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging, and we’ll help resolve it.

Yes, Cornucopia is an official Jellycat stockist. All our Jellycat products are genuine and purchased directly through the brand.
